Mentres encara hui molts posen en dubte l&#8217;objecte d&#8217;exhumar les fosses dels republicats assassinats en temps de pau, els morts per actuacions de grups republicans van poder ser exhumats gratu\u00eftament per orde del 6 de maig de 1939 i posteriorment per orde d&#8217;1 de maig de 1940.
